These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We sell gift hampers and related products to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
2. Definitions

Consumer: An individual purchasing goods for personal use and not for business purposes.

Business Customer: Any person or organisation purchasing goods for commercial, business, or resale purposes.

Goods: All hampers, gift sets, and products supplied by us.

Contract: The agreement formed between you and us when we accept your order.
3. Placing an Order
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:

Payment is not authorised

Pricing errors occur

Goods are unavailable
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).

For consumers, prices include VAT where applicable.

For business customers, VAT will be clearly stated on invoices.
Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing for business accounts.
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout.
5. Product Descriptions and Substitutions
We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:

Minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur.

In the event that a product within a hamper becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
For seasonal hampers, contents may vary subject to supplier availability.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier companies

Weather conditions
-
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Business customers arranging their own couriers assume responsibility once goods are collected.
7. Consumer Cancellation Rights (B2C Only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Exceptions apply to:

Perishable goods

Personalised or bespoke hampers

Sealed food items once opened
To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be:

Unopened
-
In original packaging
-
In resaleable condition
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty.
8. Returns and Faulty Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence.
For consumers, faulty goods will be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For business customers, claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, goods will be deemed accepted.
9. Business Orders (B2B Specific Terms)
For business customers:

Orders are non-cancellable once production or assembly has begun.

Payment terms (if credit is agreed) must be adhered to strictly.

Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for resale.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any matter which cannot legally be excluded
For consumers, we are liable for foreseeable loss or damage.
For business customers, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods.
We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profit
-
Loss of business opportunities
11. Allergens and Food Products
Our hampers may contain food products including allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or others.
Full allergen information is available upon request.
Customers are responsible for checking suitability before purchase.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, branding, and product descriptions, remains our property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
